Courier Service

All orders are shipped using a fully tracked courier service to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Pre-Orders and Back-Orders

Pre-ordered or back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as stock is replenished. You will be notified via email when your items are ready to ship.

Shipment Tracking

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
  • Tracking details may be updated when the package arrives at your local distribution center or airport.
  • If you have not received tracking information, please check your spam or junk email folder, or log into your Magic Curve account to view your order status.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer service team at magiccurveshop01@gmail.com as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address for you. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping address, and you will be responsible for any additional costs associated with re-routing or re-shipping the package.

Shipping Notice

Shipping times are estimates only, and delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

The seller is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for packages lost or stolen after successful delivery confirmation. If you believe your package was misdelivered, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Duties and Taxes

Import taxes, customs duties, and other fees are not included in the final price at checkout and must be paid in accordance with your local country's laws and regulations.

Any charges incurred for returned or destroyed packages due to unpaid duties or refusal to accept delivery will be deducted from your refund amount.
