EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Return Policy

Customers from all regions may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund once we receive and inspect the returned items.

I Ordered the Wrong Products. What Should I Do?

If you realize you've ordered incorrect products before your order ships (before receiving your shipping confirmation email with tracking information), please contact our customer support team at magiccurveshop01@gmail.com within 24 hours. We'll be happy to assist you with modifying your order.

However, once your order has been shipped, we cannot make changes from our end. Please contact us at magiccurveshop01@gmail.com immediately upon receiving your package so we can arrange for a return shipment.

If the incorrect products are returned to us unopened, unused, in perfect condition, and within 30 days of the original delivery date, we will issue a full refund as requested. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

I Received the Wrong Product

If you receive incorrect products, please contact us within 10 days after delivery. We will provide either a partial refund or send replacement products at no additional cost to you.

I Received a Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please photograph it before opening. Inspect the contents carefully, and if any items are broken or damaged, contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will offer either a partial refund or send replacement items.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your return. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, minus any applicable payment processing fees, within 2-3 business days.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items, promotional products, and discounted merchandise cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for an identical replacement, please email us at magiccurveshop01@gmail.com.

If you receive a defective product and urgently need a replacement before we receive your return, you will need to place a new order for that item. Once we receive the original defective product, a full refund will be issued for the replacement order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

First, check your bank account again to confirm the refund hasn't been posted. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times can vary and it may take several days before your refund appears.

Next, contact your bank directly, as there is often additional processing time required before a refund is officially posted to your account.
